Delivery Policy:

Fides Lighting believes in a seamless experience to bring our products on your doorstep. The cost of delivery will be borne by us. Products might take up to 5-10 business days to be dispatched from our factory in Mumbai. The docket number will be shared to you by our operations team on the day of dispatch. We offer door to door delivery for shipments.

Installation Policy:

Product pricing excludes installation fees. Many of our items can be installed by your local electrician, supported by our video guidance. 

We gladly provide remote setup support via video conferencing. Our skilled team consists of veteran electricians, ready to offer virtual assistance to your electricians during product installation if required, guaranteeing safe and smooth setup of our merchandise in your home.

100% Damage Assurance:

Fides Lighting puts you first. We provide full coverage against transit damage. If your item arrives broken, just let us know within two days of receiving it and share an unboxing video.

We’ll send a new product at no extra charge once the video has been verified by our internal team. You will need to send us the courier receipt proof of returning the fixture to us and the amount of the courier charges will be given as store credit for your future purchase.

Cancellation Policy:

Once payment is made the order cannot be cancelled.

Return Policy:

We believe that circumstances can change at any given time, so we have simplified our return policy. 

We have a no questions asked return policy in which you can get 50% reimbursement of the MRP in your bank account, given the product is not damaged, within a span of 7 days from receiving delivery. Chips and drivers cannot be reused for other purposes once they have been soldered and so we need to factor in those costs. Let us know within 7 days of receiving it and share an unboxing video.

Once you return the product our team of engineers will check for faults and damages which takes up to 3 days. Once verified that the product is not damaged your reimbursement will take up to 4 working days to process. 

The cost of the courier to return the item will be borne by the customer.

Refund Policy:

We offer a 100% 7 Day conditional Refund Policy for all products. If you receive a product in the following condition

  • Damaged Product
  • Dead on Arrival
  • Manufacturing Defect
  • Incomplete Product
  • Refund is only possible if the product is damaged and cannot be repaired by sending spares or if the product is incorrect.
  • On receiving your complaint within 2 days of delivering goods, Fides Lighting shall verify the authenticity of the complaint, after which we will initiate the refund process. Let us know within 2 days of receiving it and share an unboxing video.
  • We will arrange pickup where possible or ask the customer to ship the product to us (shipping charges born by us).
  • Products should be returned in their original packaging and invoices etc.
  • It is required that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packed so that there is no further damage to products during transit.
  • The returned products are subject to verification and checks by us to determine the legitimacy of the complaint which takes 3-4 working days. If the claim is not legitimate, you will be required to bear the shipping costs for the product and the refund will be denied. We will support you in fixing the product but those additional charges are based on a case to case basis. 
  • The amount in question will be 100% transferred to your account once our team of engineers approve your claim. The refund process will take up to 7 business days.

Replacement Policy:

You can only avail a replacement if you receive a product in the following condition

  • Damaged Product
  • Dead on Arrival
  • Manufacturing Defect
  • Incomplete Product
  • Incorrect Product
  • Expired Product
  • In case of a replacement we will arrange pickup where possible or ask the customer to ship the product to us (shipping charges borne by us).
  • The returned products for replacement are subject to verification and checks by us to determine the legitimacy of the complaint which takes 3-4 working days. If the claim is not legitimate, you will be required to bear the shipping costs for the product and the refund will be denied. We will support you in fixing the product but those additional charges are based on a case to case basis. 
  • To carefully check the product our engineers will take up to 3 business days and your replacement will be sent after 7 working days from Mumbai.
  • The cost of the transportation if the product meets the replacement criteria will be borne by us, if it does not then it will be borne by the customer. 

Warranty Policy:

You can avail the warranty of the product with the below steps:

  • Please send a video of the product malfunctioning anytime during its warranty period.
  • We will arrange pickup where possible or ask the customer to ship the product to us (shipping charges borne by us).
  • The returned products for warranty claim are subject to verification and checks by us to determine the legitimacy of the complaint which takes 3-4 working days. If the claim is not legitimate, you will be required to bear the shipping costs for the product and the refund will be denied. We will support you in fixing the product but those additional charges are based on a case to case basis. 
  • To carefully check the product our engineers will take up to 3 business days and your replacement will be sent after 7 working days from Mumbai.
  • The cost of the transportation if the product meets the warranty criteria will be borne by us, if it does not then it will be borne by the customer.
